Why all the antagonistic reviews? The digital nikon coolpix camera is impressive and quite an eye-catcher! The touch screen is responsive and I find that using the stylus helps against smug marks. The screen is nice and huge but, like some other reviews, is just a bit grainy. Rest assured, however, that the tangible condition of the image on the digital nikon coolpix camera is much better than what you see on the screen. Pictures are sharp and true to color! So far I particularly liked having the ability to write on a photo with the stylus.
I've been using this camera in a variety of settings and subject matter and I just adore it. As a expert in the field, I would have liked a camera that would have the zoom capacity and the image quality of more pricey ( and heavier, bulkier 'pro' kit ) mixed with the spontaneity and potency of a point - shoot, 1 hand camera.
