I am very pleased with this camera. It captures great photos in the automatic setting and if you want to be creative with the manual settings, you will not be dissatisfied. The video mode is a nice feature as well. While it does not have an auto focus feature for the video mode it is still kind of nice.

An excellent piece of technology and the package with 18-105mm lens is a very good start. I am utilizing the factory settings for around 95% of capturing. When you put the pictures on the web, you will not discern the differences between the Nikon D90 and pro cameras.
The D90’s controls are simple and very easy to learn. Even a beginner can take excellent pictures right from the beginning. It is my new hobby and pet.

I have done extensive research before getting myself the latest Nikon D90 and I am happy to say that it does not disappoint. I purchased the Nikon D90 more than six months ago and the picture result is excellent. I am a beginner, but you do not have to be a professional to use it.
